BKK (Suvarnabhumi) is far superior for layovers with the Airport Rail Link, better facilities, and more amenities. DMK (Don Mueang) is older and mainly serves low-cost carriers.
Very affordable! 30-minute foot massages from ฿250 (€7), full body from ฿400 (€11). Much cheaper than Western airports.
Wat Arun requires 6+ hours (ARL + taxi/BTS). For shorter layovers, enjoy the airport's own Buddhist shrine.
